Duck Dynasty Night Coming to Franklin County Speedway

Callaway, VA (October 2, 2013) – Hey Jack, Duck Dynasty night is coming to Franklin County Speedway on Saturday, October 12th.  The racing program will feature the World Series of Mini Cups and Twin Late Model features.  Along with the racing, the track will host several promotions that will make attendees “happy, happy, happy”.

Fans who wear camouflage or Duck Dynasty apparel can get some of “Uncle Si’s Sweet Tea” at the concession stands free all night.  Fans can also enter for a chance to win $100 by dressing up as their favorite Duck Dynasty character, whether it’s Uncle Si, Willie, Jase or, for the ladies, Kay or Korie.

The Virginia Duck Calling Championship has also been added to Duck Dynasty Night.  People who think they’re the best duck caller now have a chance to prove it.  Fans can being their best duck call and enter to win the Virginia Duck Calling Championship.  The winner will receive a Trophy for their efforts as well as be crowned with the title of Virginia Duck Calling Champion.

The racing on the track will feature the World Series of Mini Cups as the title event, the biggest Mini Cup race in the region.  Champ Karts, which feature a close racing product similar to Daytona and Talladega, are also coming to Franklin County Speedway on October 12th.  Late Model Stock Cars, Mini Stocks, Street Stocks, U-CARs and TunerZ will also all be in action for the race.

Grandstands open at 2pm and green flag racing begins at 5pm.  Admission is $25 per carload, $10 for adults, $5 for kids ages 6-12 and kids five and under free so load up the family and enjoy a happy happy happy night at Franklin County Speedway.
